Salazar Slytherin
967 A.D. - 1027 A.D.
One of the Founders of Hogwarts School, Salazar Slytherin was the first Potions Master of Hogwarts. Little is known about the enigmatic, ambitious Parselmouth. We do know that he was married and had many children, and that he was against the admittance of Muggle- borns, enough so that he left Hogwarts just a scant decade after it's founding. It is rumored that Salazar created a secret chamber inside Hogwarts that contained a weapon capable of eliminating all the "lesser" Hogwarts students.

Tom Marvolo Riddle
1940 - 1981
Tom Riddle is best known as You-Know-Who, the leader of the Death Eaters. He and his Death Eaters terrorized the Wizarding world with his nighttime murders of Muggles and Muggle-borns. Half-Muggle himself, the only one who could stand against the brilliant, powerful Slytherin was You-Know-Who's former Charms teacher Albus Dumbledore, and Harry Potter, who was responsible for You-Know-Who's downfall.

Abaddona Channar Riddle
1939 - ?
You-Know-Who's elder sister by one year, Abaddona was separated from her brother upon their mother's death. The Ravenclaw found her brother in her fourth year. The equal of her brother in all but ambition, she was content to support him in his quest for power. Abaddona's specialty were temporal spells, she is credited with the invention of the Time-Turner. She disappeared after her brother's death, whether she still lives is unknown.
