No I haven't decided on a deadline fic because I'd be the first one to fail the deadline. (laughs) We need a short, fun session. I sense that everyone is getting stressed out in real life (I know *I* am!) and we need some levity in a big way. Therefore I propose a proposal!
Make it corny, make it stupid, make utterly mushy, whatever. It can be Mary-Sue, I'm even allowing slash in this one (but no SEX). Make it a crossover, make it an alternative universe, use an original character, I don't care, as long as you have FUN! Have a character propose to another character. It doesn't have to be in marriage. Just a proposal of some sort. Make the word "character" plural if you want. But above all, MAKE IT FUNNY! Remember, we're trying to make each other laugh, relax, have some fun.
If you can't do a scene or a story, write down the idea and send it in. If you think it'll bring a giggle from merely the mental image, then go for it!
