Welcome to S.P.E.W.! No, not the Society for the Promotion of Elvish Welfare (we'll leave that for Hermione). We're the Society for the Promotion of Excellent Writing. In the tradition of J.K. Rowling, we've taken our writing to heart and post tips, exercises, and other fun little tidbits to further our skills, sharpen our wit, and hone our abilities to tell a story or two. Not only are you welcome to join us, but you are also welcome to cruise the site, take a gander at the archives, and offer your own bit of advice for the group!
